About Risto MMA & Fitness

Risto MMA & Fitness is located on the 2nd Floor of The Walk, Al Mouj, Muscat — one of Oman's most vibrant waterfront destinations. Our facility is equipped with professional mats, premium equipment, and everything needed to train at the highest level.

Our head coach holds multiple championship titles across Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, MMA, Judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Wrestling. Every class is delivered with competition-level expertise, structured for progression, and adapted to each student's level.

We welcome complete beginners, intermediate athletes, and experienced competitors. Whether your goal is fitness, self-defence, or fighting in competition, Risto MMA & Fitness has the program, the coaching, and the community to take you there.
